Since founding Maydan Training & Adventures in 2017, Maydan has been more than a company to me. It has been a personal belief, a deep passion, and a commitment to the power of human potential.
I have always believed that people are capable of extraordinary growth when their strengths are recognized, their differences are respected, and their individuality is valued. This belief has shaped every experience we design and every journey we lead.
At Maydan, we do not deliver conventional training programs. We curate transformative, high-energy experiences that help individuals and organizations grow, connect, and evolve. Every program is thoughtfully designed around our clients’ needs: to uncover strengths, address challenges, strengthen communication, build trust, and create impact that lasts far beyond the moment of delivery.
What makes experiential training powerful is not only what participants learn, but what they remember, feel, and carry forward. In the field, people discover new perspectives, break through barriers, make courageous decisions, and reconnect with themselves and with one another. These are the moments where real transformation begins.
Today, I am proud of our Managing Partners and the exceptional Maydan team (our administrative, executive, and field professionals) whose creativity, dedication, and high standards continue to elevate everything we do. What started with a small team has grown into a trusted organization with a strong presence across the GCC, international journeys, and valued partnerships.
We are honored to serve clients across government and private sectors, as well as civil and military organizations, in Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and beyond. Being part of their journey in building stronger teams, deeper connections, and more effective leadership is a responsibility we hold with great pride.
